The Iron cupcake is a competition that started in America – its a baking competition.
I haven't managed to enter the Leeds one yet – but it sounds like the best fun. my work mate goes all the time!

I have made cheese and sweetcorn cupcakes bfore, and they were yummy!! Used polenta in place of somethingorother. Will try and find the recipe if you fancy? x
