Volcom at Surfdome

I don’t often post about my fashion around here – mostly because I am not that keen on having my photo taken, but also because I figure to be a fashion blogger you have to have awesome clothes, a love shopping and more money that I have spare. Also, because my style consists mostly of converse, jeans and a top.
But when I was contacted by Surfdome I couldn’t pass the opportunity up. Its a place I’ve bought clothes from for years as they sell some really amazing brands (Burton, Volcom, Nikita, WESC, Westbeach) that I love wearing and struggle to get hold of these days on the high street – and even the internet a lot of the time.
After a lot of scouring the site and debating with myself, I settled on this beautiful Volcom Girl Trouble jumper; It’s lightweight, perfect for this changing is-it-warm-is-it-cold-how-many-layers weather. The jumper itself is a really nice length (I hate it when tops are too short and you can’t wear them with a low pair of jeans) and it’s a got a little bit of bagginess in it to hide the dreaded tum. When you turn round and it has a really cute cut-away section in the back. Plus it polka dotted – which is always a great thing. And it looks great with a pair of shorts and Converse (see, I told you that’s where my heart lies) or jeans and boots. The postage was really quick too.
A big thanks to Micky for the pictures.

    1. Aren't they just the best – I think I may wear them forever and ever and ever (well, until it snows and they don't grip for shit and I fall over)

    1. Thank you. The shorts are a just an old pair of topshop jeans that I cut off a bit too short. Ooops. they are a 'must also wear tights' pair!

  1. I love this outfit – I love Volcom clothing and often browse Surfdome but have never bought yet from there. I clearly need to remedy that. The whole look here is basically my perfect not at work look. 🙂

    1. You really should. I can't fault them at all.
Now I'm not working in a corporate environment, I'm wondering if I could get away with these shorts at work 😉
