BEDN – Introductions

So, I’ve signed up to Elizabeth’s ‘Blog Everyday in November‘. I took part in May’s ‘Blog Everyday……’ event and loved it. So I am back for November’s edition of it and whilst I know I won’t make it to blogging every day – I’ll be giving it a good go!

To kick off the proceedings, we’re introducing ourselves. This is my introduction from May, and here goes for November;

I’m Emma, By day I do the marketing for a group of bars. By night I like to craft and play with my dog and craft and dream of new houses and write blog posts and neglect the washing up.  I love winter more than summer. Mostly because of the snow, but a little bit because you have a better excuse to wear beanies. I’m a festival fan. And a collector of ‘good’ pens.  So, if you’ve been reading  a while here are some things you might not know about me – I have about 20 too many stripy tops, and at least 10 pairs of converse. And I once ate breakfast with David Hasslehoff on the set of Baywatch. It was 1992, and my first ever blueberry muffin. I was 12, I was wearing tie die. I had terrible hair. It was awesome. We also met Pammy and had a go on the speed boat. I hated that Kelly Slater wasn’t there.

Looking forwards to getting to know the other BEDN-ers. If you’re doing it too, let me know and I’ll stop by your posts.

  3. You can never have too many stripey tops, I say!

  4. So, breakfast with the Hoff. We went to LA as a family. Our hotel was where the boat they use on the show was based and the guy looking after us told us where they filmed. It was the early 90's. Baywatch was at its highest. We obviously were going to go. Then they invited us on to set. And the Hoff came out of his trailer and offered us blueberry muffins. We got his autograph. It was awesome.
